VITALIZE HARMONIZE HEALTH COACHING PACKAGES

I provide Virtual, Phone and In Person sessions based on availability and specific scheduling concerns.

VIRTUAL SESSIONS:

 

I provide an exceptional virtual experience resulting from successful facilitation of hundreds of ZOOM platform sessions. I arrange your sessions with prior email notification. You will need to have a ZOOM app on your phone, pad, or desktop computer, along with good internet access.

*each session can be recorded and sent upon request

PHONE SESSIONS:

 

I will call you at a specific agreed upon time. Session content and length depend on specific personalized coaching concerns and protocol.

IN PERSON SESSIONS:

 

I have a private safe studio in Ashland, Oregon for your comfort and convenience. Deeper vibrational healing immersions are part of this option. Sessions must be arranged at least 2 weeks in advance. All logistical information will be shared by email.

FULL ROBUST HEALTH PACKAGE:

When you are ready for deep dive, high accountability, take massive action, overcome obstacles and limiting beliefs, create new self supporting habits and routines, and actualize a full radiant healthy lifestyle. I implement my best and most effective results based techniques and strategies. Personalized details are determined with your consultation.

This package includes:

  • 14 - 1 hr. virtual or in person sessions
  • 2 - 1 hr. virtual sessions with a chosen support person to assist with your transformation
  • Unlimited email support and 5 phone calls (20 minutes each)  between sessions

*Bonus - laser-focused 20 min ZOOM session for emergencies (1 per month)

MONTHLY GROUP COACHING:

This offering is best for those who seeking a group dynamic connection similar to a mastermind, and want high accountability. Each call offers inclusive coaching for people that want to jump in.

Price: $280/month

This package includes:

  • 2 - 1 hr. virtual sessions at an agreed upon time and day PST time.
  • Facebook Group access
  • Ability to schedule additional 1 to 1 virtual or phone sessions.

*Sessions are recorded in the event of absence.

Pricing and content are negotiated depending on specific time commitment, logistics and equipment needs and requirements of each workshop.

All workshops and classes are customized for each individual or group.
